Sys Mets 4

Notes: This is another update to the System Metrics program. This one adds keyboard control of the scroll bars. Pressing the up or down arrow moves the page up or down by a line, page up or page down move the page up or down by a "page" and the Home and Insert keys move the page to the top and bottom respectively. The left and right arrow moves the page left or right by a "page". When the program receives keyboard input it determines which key was pressed and then sends itself the related scroll bar message.
